Pricing questions.
A decision is one call to the POST /v1/score endpoint that returns a fraud score, decision, and signals. Each transaction event you submit for scoring is one decision. Re-scoring the same transaction counts as an additional decision.
Billing is monthly in arrears based on actual decisions made during the billing period. No prepayment or reserved capacity required at Starter and Growth tiers. Enterprise pricing may include volume commitments at your negotiated rate.
You pay per decision, not per detector. A single scoring request runs all detectors enabled for your tier simultaneously. Growth tier includes all four detectors — card testing, ATO, synthetic identity, and BNPL fraud — in every decision call at no additional per-detector cost.
No minimum commitment during the 30-day pilot. After the pilot period, Starter and Growth are month-to-month with no annual commitment required. Enterprise pricing may include annual commitments at negotiated rates. We do ask that pilot customers process a minimum of 50,000 transactions per day to ensure sufficient signal volume for the detection model to calibrate.
